In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

mp076 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts; unverified accounts may have reduced limits applied at mp076's discretion.
2. Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that are lawfully yours. Use of credit facilities, third-party payment accounts, or funds obtained through unlawful means to fund an mp076 account is strictly prohibited.
3. No Deposit Fees: mp076 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are outside mp076's control.
4. Crediting Time: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP are typically credited within two minutes during normal banking hours. Delays caused by third-party banking systems are not the responsibility of mp076.
5. Failed Deposits: If a deposit is debited from your bank or e-wallet account but not credited to your mp076 balance within 30 minutes, you must contact mp076 support via live chat and provide your transaction reference number for investigation.

1. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4. Verification Requirement: mp076 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
5. Bonus Wagering Clearance: Withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Real-money balance (funds deposited independently of any bonus) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard verification requirements above.
6. Withdrawal Fees: mp076 does not charge fees on withdrawal transactions. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.
7. mp076 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. mp076 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including Players whose betting patterns suggest abuse of the promotion system.
2. 7. Changes to Promotions: mp076 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, mp076 will honour the original wagering terms for funds already in a Player's account at the time of cancellation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on mp076. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), capsa susun) are published separately in the relevant product section of the platform and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

1. Finality of Results: All game outcomes determined by independently audited random number generators are final. 5. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mp076 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the mp076 platform — including but not limited to the mp076 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of mp076 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mp076 platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the mp076 platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on mp076's proprietary content or software.
